Meet the founder: Vivian Li
For over 20 years, I have been dedicated to exploring practices that support physical, mental, and emotional well-being. My personal journey with yoga began more than two decades ago and continues to be a foundation of how I approach health, balance, and self-awareness today.
My passion for sound healing led me to Nepal, one of the traditional origins of Himalayan singing bowls and sound healing practices, where I had the privilege of studying under experienced masters from different lineages. Immersing myself in the birthplace of these traditions deepened my understanding of sound as both an art and a therapeutic modality, while strengthening my commitment to sharing these practices with integrity and respect for their roots.
In addition to my wellness background, I bring over 20 years of professional experience working with organizations across diverse industries. Throughout my career in human resources and workplace well-being, I have supported leaders and employees in navigating the challenges of stress, change, performance, and resilience in today's fast-paced environments.
This unique combination of extensive corporate experience and long-term wellness practice allows me to bridge the worlds of workplace well-being and holistic healing. I understand both the pressures people face in their professional lives and the importance of creating opportunities for restoration, reflection, and renewal.
Drawing from sound healing, restorative yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness practices, I create experiences that help individuals and groups slow down, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate greater balance and well-being. Each session is thoughtfully designed to support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and a renewed sense of presence.
Whether working one-on-one, facilitating group experiences, or partnering with organizations, my intention is simple:
To create a space where people can pause, reconnect, and experience the power of deep rest.
